Fight back it's..... Your Right
Have you ever tried typing your last name in the search engine only to  find that someone has displayed your picture without your permission  or said something to damage your reputation on the world wide web?.
People are getting sued every day for situations like this, and web  host are shutting down websites but not as fast as people are putting  them up. It would seem that anyone can make a website and post almost  anything they want on it without any consequences... Or so they think!

There are laws and guidelines that a person must follow before using  pictures on their websites for personal gain whether it is public or  not. Know your rights. They must have your authorization.

Perhaps someone should tell the Big Wigs at the Justice Center that it  is unlawful to post a person's picture online without their consent.
CincyMugShots.com, Cincymugshots.blogspot.com,
And coming soon...Cincinnatimugshots.com

Have you had a run of bad luck??
Were you in the wrong place at the  wrong time??  Have you been falsely accused of a crime that you didn't  commit??
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Just because a person is  charged with a crime, it does not mean they are guilty. They must be  convicted by a judge or a jury of their peers.  A mugshsot that is  posted online is an unfair judgment that makes others automatically  assume that the person is a criminal.
Jail and Police Mugshots...
Even people who have been convicted of a crime still have rights.  No  one should have the ability to post images of another person without  their permission.  These images can follow you around long after your  crime has been forgiven and you have paid your debt to society.
Google gives Cincy mugshots the axe...
Google has actually banned this site from using ads for personal gain,  and if more people come forward it could be shut down...permanently.
The owners of this site, and others like it, can hitch hike off well  known web sites like Google, Face Book, Twitter, and Blog-spot. They  generate traffic from these sites so that as many people as possible  can view the mugshots of any person they want.

Imagine finding an old  friend on Facebook only to have them tell you that they clicked on  link that showed them your mugshot.  What would happen if a potential  employer googled your name and found out that you were charged with a  crime even though you may not have been convicted?  Or what if you are  trying to turn your life around but an old mugshot suddenly resurfaces  and throws a wrench in your plans?

You should find out if your  mugshot has been posted and you can report this site to the news or  take civil action.  It will take time but it is definitely worth the  price if you want to protect yourself and your future!
